1. What we collect
Account details you give us (name, email, organisation), the media and projects you create, your device pairings, and basic technical logs needed to run the service.
2. Why we collect it
To operate your account, deliver content to your paired screens, and diagnose faults when something stops working. Nothing is collected for advertising.
3. What players report
A paired device reports which screen it is showing and when it last checked in. It does not capture audio, video or anything else from the room.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data or share it with advertisers. Infrastructure providers process data on our behalf under contract — hosting, storage and the live-data feeds you choose to enable.
5. Retention
Your content stays until you delete it or close your account. Deleting a device removes its pairing immediately.
6. Your rights
You can request an export or deletion of your account data at any time. Contact us and we will action it.
7. Cookies
The dashboard sets a session cookie so you stay signed in. There are no third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
